I have acronis backed up to an external hard drive on my motion 600. I need to format the drive on the motion due to the keyboard not working and they said to reformat and reinstall.
I tried to get the acronis to run, but only the center thingy on the right side works. No way to type in letters to say what to back-up.
The mouse does not work, (connected before).
No benefit and screwed me up.
It is Sunday and can't call anyone.
I have been 6 hours so far trying to reinstall keyboard drivers etc.
Now I want to format and reinstall and acronis is ng on this platform
so far.....

In order to use Acronis, you need a USB keyboard and mouse because the pen and Bluetooth doesn't work until the Operating System boots up fully. I don't know who told you to reset back to factory original to fix a keyboard issue, hopefully that was a last attempt after every thing else failed.
